Scents of Glow wholesales flameless home fragrance — reed diffusers, car diffusers, wax melts, room sprays, and gift sets — to boutiques, gift shops, and spas. Products are hand-poured in California with phthalate-free fragrance oils that require no California Prop 65 warning, with a $100 minimum order and products sold by the case. Ordering & minimums
What is your minimum order (MOQ)?
$100 per order. Products are sold by the case, and case size depends on the product: reed diffusers and gift boxes come in cases of 2, printed car fresheners in cases of 4, and everything else — wax melts, wax sachets, room and linen sprays, hanging car fresheners and vent diffusers — in cases of 6. You can combine as many different cases as you like, as long as the order totals at least $100.
How many cases does it take to reach $100?
Not many. At 50% off retail, a case of 2 reed diffusers is about $24 and a case of 6 hanging car fresheners is about $24, so a typical opening order is a handful of cases across two or three product types. See our Retailer's Buying Guide for worked examples.
Is there a reorder minimum?
Yes, reorders are also a $100 minimum, with the same case sizes and the same freedom to combine products and scents.
What are your wholesale prices?
Wholesale is 50% off retail, giving you a standard keystone (2x) markup.
What margin can I expect?
A 50% margin at standard retail pricing. For example, a reed diffuser that retails at $24 costs $12 wholesale, so a case of 2 is $24 wholesale and $48 at retail.
How do I open a wholesale account?

Fulfillment
How quickly do you ship wholesale orders?
Our lead time is 7 business days from order to shipment.
Can retailers mix products and scents in one order?
Yes. You can combine any product types — reed diffusers, car fresheners, wax melts, sachets, sprays, and gift sets — and any scents in a single $100 order. Each individual scent is ordered as a full case, so a mixed order is simply several cases side by side.
Can I reorder small quantities of individual scents?
You can reorder scent by scent, one case at a time. For reed diffusers that is 2 of a scent, for printed car fresheners 4, and for wax melts, sachets and sprays 6 — so you can restock exactly the scents that are moving without committing to the whole range, as long as the reorder totals $100.
Do you add anything to wholesale orders?
Yes — every order includes 2 to 3 complimentary scent samplers featuring scents that were not in your order, so you can discover what to stock next.
What if products arrive damaged?
Contact us right away and we will make it right.

Where do you manufacture your products?
Everything is hand-poured in small batches in California, USA.
Are your products handmade?
Yes — every product is hand-poured by us in California.
What can you tell me about the ingredients?
All products are made with phthalate-free fragrance oils that require no California Prop 65 warning. Every order includes a care card covering use and placement.
What formats do you offer?
Flameless home fragrance in several formats: reed diffusers, vent and hanging car diffusers, wax melts, wax sachets, room and linen sprays, and ready-to-give gift boxes.
How long do the products last?
Reed diffusers scent a room for around 90 days. Other formats vary by type and use.
Do you offer seasonal collections?
Yes. We rotate seasonal scents across our wax melts and sachets (spring, summer, fall, and winter) and offer holiday gift boxes, so you can refresh your shelf throughout the year.
Merchandising & growth
What are your best-selling scents?
Our top-selling scents are Vanilla, Vanilla Orchid, Ambered Vanilla, Apple Harvest, Beachwood, Fresh Cedarwood, Rose Petals, Orange Blossom, Lavender, Eucalyptus, and Cherry Blossom. Stocking a few of these is the lowest-risk way to start. Note that not every scent can be blended into the reed diffuser base — Vanilla Orchid, Apple Harvest, Beachwood, Fresh Cedarwood, and Cherry Blossom are available in wax melts, sachets, sprays, and car fresheners rather than diffusers.
What types of stores do well with your products?
Our flameless home fragrance performs well in boutiques, gift shops, home décor and plant shops, spas and salons, wellness studios, and florists — anywhere customers want fragrance without an open flame. Car fresheners and gift sets also do well as impulse buys near the register.
Which products should I stock first?
Reed diffusers are a strong year-round anchor, car fresheners make easy impulse buys, and themed gift boxes sell well around holidays. Do you provide testers or merchandising support?
We don't offer display stands or shelf signage yet, but every wholesale order includes 2–3 complimentary scent samplers, and every product comes with a printed care card for your customer. Retailer sample-size packs are coming soon.
Do you offer private label or custom labels?
