    • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Personalized, custom or wholesale items may take additional processing time; please refer to product descriptions for specific timelines.
    • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a USPS tracking number to monitor your delivery.
  2. Shipping Rates and Times

    • We offer flat-rate and calculated shipping options based on the size and weight of your order. Shipping costs are provided at checkout.
    • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days once shipped, depending on your location. USPS delays may impact actual delivery dates, especially during peak seasons.
  3. Shipping Restrictions

    • We currently only ship within the United States and cannot accommodate international orders at this time.
  4. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

    • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or marked undeliverable, we will contact you for address confirmation. You may choose to have the item reshipped (additional shipping fees may apply) or request a refund for the item, minus original shipping costs.
  5. Lost or Damaged Packages

    • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with USPS to resolve the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund.
