Scents of Glow corporate gifts are hand-poured in Pleasanton, California — wax melts and botanical wax sachets made with a soy wax blend and phthalate-free fragrance oils that require no California Prop 65 warning. None of our products has a wick. Sachets need no heat or device at all; wax melts are designed for use with a warmer — so your gifts can go places an open flame can't: offices, hotels, dorms, and mailrooms.

A done-for-you gifting service

You send us a spreadsheet of recipients — we handle everything else. Every address is validated, every package ships directly to its recipient with a personal gift message, and you receive one consolidated invoice. Custom logo labels and branded packaging are available so every gift carries your company's name.

Shipping

Two ways to send. Ship to one address — your office or your event venue — and we'll quote it delivered, with shipping included. Or ship to each recipient individually, in which case per-address shipping is billed at cost on top of the gift price and itemized on your quote, so you see exactly what it comes to before you approve anything.

What does it cost? Every order is quoted, because no two are the same — the pieces, the quantity, the packaging and the shipping all move the number. Tell us what you want and how many, or tell us your budget per gift, and you'll have a quote within one business day with shipping itemized separately.

How far in advance should we order? We recommend 2–3 weeks for most orders. Need it sooner? Ask — we'll do our best to meet urgent deadlines.

Can you ship to each recipient's home? Yes. Send us your list and every gift ships individually with tracking, while you get a single invoice. Per-address shipping is billed at cost. If you'd rather send everything to one address, we'll quote that delivered.

Can we add our logo? Yes — custom logo labels and branded sleeves are available on bulk orders, quoted per order.

Is there a minimum? Corporate pricing starts at 25 units. Smaller orders are welcome at standard pricing.
