Orders & shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.
How long until my order ships?
Every product is made by hand to order, so please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to ship. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Reach out as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to update it.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Contact us to start a return or exchange and we will walk you through it.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We are sorry if that happens — contact us right away with a photo and we will make it right.
Our products
Are all your products flameless?
Every product we make is wick-free. None of them has a flame of its own. Most of our range needs no heat, no plug and no electricity at all: reed diffusers, room and linen sprays, botanical wax sachets, and car diffusers and hanging fresheners.
Wax melts are the one exception worth explaining. They are wick-free, but like all wax melts they need a warmer in order to melt. We recommend an electric warmer. If you use a tealight warmer, you are using an open flame, and every normal candle precaution applies.
What are your products made with?
Phthalate-free fragrance oils from a US supplier, none of which require a California Prop 65 warning, together with our soy wax blends and the real dried botanicals that adorn our sachets. A care card comes with every order.
Are they safe around children and pets?
None of our products has a wick or a flame, which removes the main hazards of a burning candle. Beyond that we would rather be specific than lean on the word "safe".
Our products are not edible, so keep them up and out of reach of children and pets. Use them in a ventilated space, keep the scent light in rooms where children or pets sleep, and follow the care card that comes with your order. If you keep birds, please note that birds have very sensitive respiratory systems and avian veterinarians advise against scented products of any kind around them.
How do I use a wax melt safely?
Use an electric warmer where you can. Melted wax is hot and liquid, so place the warmer on a stable, level, heat-safe surface where it cannot be knocked over, keep it well out of reach of children and pets, and never leave it unattended. Let the wax cool completely before you handle it. Wax melts can look like food, so store them somewhere children and pets cannot reach.

Using your products
How long does a reed diffuser last?
A reed diffuser scents a room for around 90 days.
How do reed diffusers work?
The reeds soak up the fragrance oil and release it slowly into the air — no flame, plug, or heat required. Flip the reeds every week or so to refresh the scent. Fragrance oil can mark wood, painted and polished surfaces, so stand the bottle on a coaster or tray.
How do I make the scent stronger or softer?
Use more reeds for a stronger scent and fewer reeds for a softer one. In small rooms, 3 to 4 reeds is usually plenty.
How long do car diffusers and wax melts last?
It varies by product and how you use them. Car diffusers and fresheners typically last several weeks per refill, and wax melts give hours of scent per melt.
Where should I hang a car freshener?
Position it so that it never obstructs your view of the road — some states restrict objects hanging from the rearview mirror, so check your local rules — and never where it could interfere with airbag deployment. Try not to let it rest against the dashboard, leather or trim, as fragrance oil can mark interior surfaces.

Do you make personalized photo fresheners?
Yes. Custom pet photo car fresheners are one of our best sellers. Send a photo and we print it, cut it by hand to the outline of your pet, and scent it with the fragrance you choose — or leave it unscented. You approve a digital proof before anything ships. Personalized orders are made through our Etsy shop.
